Company has developed a unique curing mechanism making possible reasonably fast cures even at very low ambient temperatures. Polymer System EP37LV-1 is a two component, low viscosity, water- and chemical-resistant high-performance epoxy composition capable of subzero curing. It is said to have a superior physical tensile strength in excess of 8300 psi. The working life of the EP37LV-1 system is around 30 minutes at room temperature. The low viscosity of both components - final mix viscosity is around 5,000 cps - makes mixing exceptionally easy in all temperatures. The coating is said to cure quickly at ambient temperatures with full cures obtained in 8-10 hours while complete cures will take longer at lower temperatures.
