The Vibra Finish degating systems are custom
manufactured to suit your production environment.
Machine can be manufactured for top or bottom fee.
100% unloading is achieved. Bottom fed machines
unload castings from the top chute, runners from
the middle chute and flash comes out the bottom
chute. Parts can be loaded and/or unloaded using a
conveyor. With this fully enclosed system sound
levels are less than 80 dB. Castings are separated
from runners without the need for trim dies or
presses.
