ITW Ransburg’s simple and reliable RansFlow delivers accurate mixing and metering and is designed to work with both manual and automatic systems, according to the company. Designed to be simple and easy to integrate, the RansFlow fits seamlessly into the existing application. The closed loop system is self-correcting and provides an alarm system to prevent paint from hardening in the lines. Flush and fill cycles are programmable to make color changes fast and easy while the microprocessor stores up to 100 different paint recipes. This ratio control unit is equipped with a backlit LCD touch screen panel display with dimensions of 6.5 inches diagonally with a full color, 640 x 480 pixels, using universal graphic icons for simple programming and operation. Usage report retrieval is accomplished through the built-in USB flash drive interface with parameter backup. Multi-language capabilities have also been included to add to the
list of performance enhancements included in the RansFlow.
Two optional features included are the
Remote (in-booth) Operator Panel which uses a magnetic stylus for easy function selection from inside of the spray booth and
the
Gun Flush Box, which allows automatic color change with a manual hand gun.
