As many as nine process steps can be integrated into MTM Meissner Technik Mullenbach GmbH’s Omega round-cycle hood cleaning system for aqueous cleaning during rotation, pivoting or standstill of the workpiece, and different process steps can take place simultaneously, reducing cycle times.

As many as nine process steps can be integrated into MTM Meissner Technik Mullenbach GmbH’s Omega round-cycle hood cleaning system for aqueous cleaning during rotation, pivoting or standstill of the workpiece, and different process steps can take place simultaneously, reducing cycle times.

The workpiece fastening mechanism offers precise placement, making it possible to move the deburring lancets into deep bores in a targeted manner. The system can handle batch weights as heavy as 1,000 kg and offers cycle times as low as 15 seconds.
