Exair’s Atto Super Air Nozzle is designed to deliver small, precise blowoff with an efficient, high-volume, high-velocity airflow. The nozzle provides a narrowly focused air pattern, and can achieve high amplification of airflow and a blowing force of 2.0 oz (56.7 g) with minimal air consumption of 2.5 scfm at 80 psig. Its overall length of 0.50 inch (12.7 mm) and 0.16-inch (4-mm) diameter enables installation in tight spaces.
The nozzle’s Type 316 stainless steel construction is suited for blowoff, cooling and drying applications in general industrial, high-temperature, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or corrosive environments. It has been certified CE compliant by an independent laboratory.
The company’s line of Safety Air Guns also has been certified CE compliant. The air nozzles on the guns are designed to maximize entrainment of room air while minimizing compressed air consumption. The lightweight Precision gun features small-diameter nozzles to fit into tight spaces while providing strong blowing force. The Heavy Duty and Soft Grip guns have cast-aluminum bodies for rugged industrial use, and are available with extension pipes and stay set hoses. The Super guns provide the strongest blowing force and are suited for long-distance, wide-area blowoff, cooling and drying applications.
