David Weisman’s Relatively Slow Response Electric Infrared Curing Oven System cures liquid and powder coatings on small, medium and large 3D products. The system features relatively slow response electric infrared heaters and controls, and a modular design to enable addition of more heated height and/or an air recirculation system. Heaters are available with a composite or neoceramic face, depending on the facility environment (e.g., clean room or not). The oven system can be used as a stand-alone, complete-cure oven for a continuous or batch/indexing processes or in conjunction with an existing hot air/convection oven.
