Oxford Instruments will demonstrate its X-Strata920 x-ray fluorescence analyzer, which is suited for a variety of industries, including electronics, metal finishing, and alloys and precious metals assaying.
The analyzer is said to offer improved process control for increased productivity; decreased plating production costs with increased production output; and improved reliability. It is capable of analyzing as many as four coating layers, and can safely analyze jewelry and other alloys.
