The Kremlin Rexson PU3000 from Exel North America incorporates a “plug and play” concept to mix together two component paints. Its pulse-free control technology and electronic, variable-ratio pumps are designed to ensure accurate, reliable mixing and controlled fluid delivery. It is particularly suited for hot pot (hand) mixing with infrequent color changes, where it can save or add production time, reduce material waste, and facilitate faster clean-up, resulting in lower operational costs, the company says. The mixer can apply primers and top coats to metal, plastics and wood. The PU3000pH version is specifically designed for acid catalyzed materials.
