Designed to penetrate and pull oil and grease contaminants away from a surface, Solvent Kleene’s D-Greeze 6201 is a pH-neutral degreaser/cleaner compatible with virtually all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Designed to penetrate and pull oil and grease contaminants away from a surface, Solvent Kleene’s D-Greeze 6201 is a pH-neutral degreaser/cleaner compatible with virtually all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its low volatility and non-hazardous properties make it safe to use and to address health and environmental concerns commonly associated with solvent- and alkaline-based cleaners. The cleaner’s pH-neutral properties are designed to eliminate the need for costly, time-consuming wastewater neutralization required by alkaline cleaners, the company says.

A drop-in replacement for conventional degreasers/cleaners, D-Greeze 6201 is compatible with most existing methods and equipment, including immersion tanks with agitation, automatic spray systems, parts washers, power washers and ultrasonic equipment. It is designed for use at room temperature, but can be heated for enhanced performance.

Non-alkaline and non-acidic, the cleaner’s neutral pH makes it suitable for use with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum, tin, beryllium, carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium, zinc and titanium, as well as copper, gold, palladium and silver, and most non-metals. It contains less than 50 g/L of VOC and is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive and non-reactive. It has a zero flash point.
