The Cyklos system from Schmid Group is a plant concept for surface treatment of metal precision parts, including anodizing of aluminum and titanium as well as chemical deburring. The basic principle is a rotor/slider system that is used for rack movement, electrolyte agitation and rack transportation, resulting in uniform treatment conditions, energy and structural cost savings, and ergonomic rack assembly/disassembly. The reduced plant volume facilitates its complete housing. Combined with automated chemical control and waste water treatment, Cyklos is a standalone unit that can be integrated into such environments as mechanical workshops.

The company also offers its modular Montrac automation and transport system, performing a gentle and low-wear movement of shuttles on a conducting monorail for efficient cross-linking of automated transportation processes.
