Dynapower will introduce an HMI- and PLC-based controller for its silicon-controlled and switchmode rectifier systems. The new device includes all of the features found in the company’s touchpad controller, including system status monitoring, cycle timing, pulsing and interlocks, plus additional benefits from a flexible software platform that can be customized to specific applications. When operated in manual mode, remote control can also be integrated using analog signals, Ethernet access and other means for connection to a network or multiple rectifiers.
