EPSI’s masking plugs are designed to mask both tapped through and blind M12 threads.

The BTM’s shallow plug design is suited for blind-hole applications and its flange geometry is specifically designed to mask off lead-in chamfers of threads. The STS also is a blind-hole tapered plug that can fit a variety of hole diameters. The FLPS plug is tapered, flanged and rigid, and its rib profile provides secure chamfered lead coverage.

The SPP plug is designed to mask both threaded and non-threaded through-holes but does not protect the chamfered lead. The WPP is a pull-style plug that features a dimpled washer and flange design to conform to irregular surfaces and mask off countersinks and lead-in threads.
