The MAGICCYLINDER® booth is designed for automatic powder coating operations with XTreme Color Change Environments™. The booth’s cabin is constructed of durable plastic in a round-wall design with two optional manual touch-up stations. This configuration minimizes powder accumulation in the booth cabin, thereby facilitating faster changeovers from one color to the next. Another feature of the booth is the seamless design of the interior cabin walls and ductwork. This minimizes the risk of color contamination and is said to make cleaning and maintenance of the ductwork virtually non-existent. To further reduce cleaning hassles, the advanced mono-cyclone of the booth has a built-in sieve that screens out contaminates, designed to make clean-up a snap. The unit also uses dense-phase transport technology for improved material handling.
