The UniPrepTM pretreatment system for powder coating helps eliminate formation of scale and sludge, frequent dumping of solutions and higher operating temperatures, providing less maintenance, reduced waste treatment and increased energy savings. The product is a clean, phosphate-free process, which can eliminate the need for frequent and costly tank and spray nozzle cleaning. The process employs bioremediation, which naturally converts soils and oils into carbon dioxide and water thereby eliminating the need for regular process solution dumping.
