Metal pumps are offered in die-cast aluminum, stainless steel and alloy C materials, with a variety of elastomer options (including PTFE) to meet abrasion, temperature and chemical-compatibility concerns. Metal pumps are available in five sizes from 1/4-3 inches, with flow rates to 270 gpm and are said to handle solids up to 3 inches.

 

Plastic pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and PFA with elastomers of Buna-N, Neoprene, EPDM, Viton, Wil-Flex, Saniflex, polyurethane and PTFE. Plastic pumps are available in ¼-3 inch sizes with the ability to handle solids up to ½-inch and a maximum flow rate of 207 gpm, the company says.

 

Plastic and metal pumps are designed with a bolted configuration for product containment and a liquid path to reduce internal friction, maximizing output and efficiency.
