Kolene’s Kontinuous inline/online paint stripping systems are designed to remove cured coating buildups and improve part grounding while reducing rejects and recoats. They deliver 100-percent stripped racks on every pass at normal line speeds for improved efficiency, quality and cost savings, the company says.
The company also will demonstrate its Denamel process for removing porcelain enamel from reject production parts and tooling. The system is said to strip single and multiple coats of enamel from simple and complex parts in 5 to 15 minutes, and it water-soluble process chemicals enable fast and thorough rinsing.
