The power and free conveyor line from Richards-Wilcox now includes the OveR-Way inverted conveyor for medium-capacity applications where cleanliness or robotic interfaces are a requirement. Designed to combine power and free capability with the ergonomic flexibility of a floor mounted system, the OveR-Way is a bolt-together system for simple installation and precision in performance and can increase production rates by integrating processes normally serviced by multiple types of conveying equipment. An optional guide track increases stability for position accuracy for use in robotic interface applications. Single inverted carriers support loads of up to 600 lb. Because components are located below the product, OveR-Way eliminates contamination problems.
