Rosler Metal Finishing offers a full-color, eight-page brochure showcasing its Rosler Multi-Tumbler (RMT) tumble blast machine. The machine’s incorporates fewer wear parts for increased uptime and reduced operating expenses. Its barrel design features highly wear-resistant, laser-cut parts and offers high structural integrity for maximum durability. The three-dimensional barrel action eliminates troublesome pinch points commonly found in traditional, two-dimensional belt-style tumble blast machines, Rosler says.
Additional standard features of the RMT include heavy-duty blast turbines and an independent, variable-speed roller drive system for eliminating cumbersome chain drives. Optional features also are available to make each system customizable to the customer’s needs.
