ALMCO KleenTec, Inc introduces its self-cleaning centrifuge system said to automatically separate fine particulate from water-based solutions in most metal parts deburring equipment. The system can be purchased with new equipment, or retrofitted to nearly any deburring machine in the field. Long-standing, costly recycling problems can be solved, and cleaning performance can be improved, according to company engineers.  Residue removed from the liquid is automatically discharged to a container for disposal as solid waste—a clay-type material with no special removal or disposal restrictions. The system offers a choice of single-stage model for small vibratory finishing applications with either plastic or ceramic media and a dual-stage model for higher efficiency cleaning, leaving water almost in its original clear state. Either model can process up to 40 gallons of incoming liquid per hour.
