Serec Corp.’s precision and industrial cleaning equipment uses enhanced solvent distillation in a closed-loop vacuum system to process and then recover as much as 97 percent of the solvent from the waste stream for re-use.
The airless vacuum cleaning systems boast low emission levels, and have been certified by the Los Angeles South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and have met the environmental requirements of BACT, LEAR, MACT and NESHAP.
The equipment can process hydrocarbon solvents such as Isopar L and Petroferm Axerol 2000; Dowclene 1601; chlorinated solvents (trichloroethene and tetrachloroethene); n-Propyl bromide; ethanyl; hydrofluoroether solvents; hydrofluorocarbon solvents; Vertrel solvents; methanol chloride; and other azeotropic mixtures of solvents.
