M.W. Watermark has extended its line of dewatering products with the DryMate gas-fired continuous sludge dryer, intended primarily for metal hydroxide plating wastes where the dryer input is the output filter cake from a filter press. This dryer serves as a direct replacement for currently installed continuous dryers with a drop-in footprint for compatibility and ease of installation.

Two models of the dryer are available: the DM-200G and the DM-380G. These dryers can process as much as 3 and 6 cu. ft. of filter cake per hour, respectively, and are of the batch input/continuous processing type. Both models can utilize either natural or LP gas. They work in tandem with a filter press.

The company also offers its PolyMark polymer blender, clarifiers, chem feed skids, and M.W. Watermark/Porex Tubular Membrane Modules.
