Fischer will demonstrate its DataCenter software designed to expand the functionality of the company’s handheld measuring instruments: the FMP series, MP0R, Feritscope, Phascope and Sigmascope. Measurement data is transferred to a PC, and inspection reports are created and printed, enabling immediate evaluation of measurement results and an overview of the process. The software displays a histogram, sum frequency chart and statistical process control chart.
With DataCenter IP or IP Multi, measurement results and evaluations are linked to attributes such as measurement location, name of operator, date and time. Inspection plans are created on a PC and transferred to the DualScope FMP100 or FMP150 coating thickness gauge, the operator follows the detailed measurement instructions, and then the data is returned directly to detailed inspection reports.
