The spray cabin includes large, lockable wheels for easy mobility, convenient side trays for holding tools or instruments, and an economical, washable pre-filter.

When compressed air is used to blow off oil, dust and other debris from machined parts on the factory floor, these contaminants become airborne and can affect the health and safety of machine operators. The LNS SC500 spray cabin remedies this problem by providing a compact, mobile enclosure for this process that uses an air filtration system to remove 99 percent of contaminants.

The spray cabin includes large, lockable wheels for easy mobility, convenient side trays for holding tools or instruments, and an economical, washable pre-filter. A reliable, low-noise, energy-efficient, single-phase motor is also standard, while a three-phase motor and main filter replacement light are available options.

The SC500 spray cabin is an addition to the LNS line of air filtration systems including oil mist collectors that use a three-stage filtration system to control the heavy mist created by high RPM machine tools and high pressure coolant.
