The Trophy series of manual spray guns from Binks combines a lightweight, ergonomic design with robust engineering for use with a variety of coatings in diverse applications. Maximum atomization efficiency produces uniform pattern distribution and good transfer efficiency for high finish quality. The guns come in full and touch-up sizes in HVLP, LVMP (compliant) and conventional configurations. Along with hardened steel and tungsten carbide nozzles, the series uses plastic tip and feathering needles. The guns are either pressure-, gravity- or siphon-fed.

For ergonomic use, the series uses a lightweight and curved gun handle, oversize knobs and an air cap ring to ease adjustments and maintenance. The soft, smooth trigger pull reduces stress and operator fatigue as well as eliminating kickback during spray.

Large stainless steel fluid passages make the spray guns compatible with industrial coatings. For durability, the guns have brass inserts and seals, large air passages and anodized forged aluminum bodies.

Finishing Brands, manufacturer of Binks industrial finishing equipment, is offering two additional fluid nozzles in five promotional packages of Trophy spray guns.
