The Galaxy Model 1056 spray wand phosphatizing system from Galaxy Associates is designed to provide more consistent temperature during operation to deliver a superior, uniform, iron phosphate coating on metal parts, while maximizing fuel efficiency. The high-pressure system can apply two different chemicals along with a rinse cycle to simulate a three- to four-step program. It includes two pumps that can dispense a neutralizer for acidic wastes and coil conditioner to prevent hard water scale buildup. It also features an automatic time-delay shutoff to protect the system and ensure a safe work environment.
