The Model 1056 spray wand phosphatizing system from Galaxy is designed to provide a consistent temperature during operation to deliver a uniform iron phosphate coating on metal parts, while maximizing fuel efficiency.

This high-pressure system can apply two different chemicals along with a rinse cycle to simulate a three- to four-step program. It includes two pumps that can dispense a neutralizer for acidic wastes and a coil conditioner to prevent hard water scale buildup. The stainless steel unit features an automatic time delay shut-off to protect the system and ensure a safe work environment.
