Viking Chemical will exhibit its Poligrat E 269 high-efficiency industrial electropolishing process for ferritic, martensitic and austenitic stainless steel, as well as duplex and Hasteloy. Widely used for deburring, the process is designed to achieve bright and smooth surfaces. Its polishing effect results in increased gloss with reduced metal removal in shorter process time and at lower current densities, the company says. Poligrat E 269 also is said to supply faster leveling and to use only one electrolyte for all stainless steel alloys.
