Daimer Industries’ Super Max 15500 is a new line of heated, stationary, electric pressure washer machines for those using electric pressure washers in metal fabrication and processing facilities. Automatic Shut-Off Technology (AST) shuts down essential components when the machine is idle for thirty seconds. When the pressure washer worker squeezes the trigger, the motor and pump switch back on. This capability is designed for situations where the power washer user works away from the base unit and it is not practical for the operator to return and turn the machine off when not in use. In addition to the shut-off feature, the multi-mode systems can use cold water, hot water, or wet steam for a variety of industrial applications in metal fabrication facilities. The systems can be purchased to heat with diesel, #1 or #2 heating oil, kerosene, propane or natural gas. The machines offer pressure levels of 1000 psi, flow rates reaching 4 gal/min, and are powered by 3.0-hp electric motors. The machines offer chemical infusion using high-pressure injection. Optional features include wet sandblasting and multi-gun operation. The stationary pressure washing machines include: assorted nozzles, an extra long hydraulic hose, a trigger wand sporting quick disconnect, and a steel, high gloss, powder-coated case.
