Stoelting’s model L-3625-SP Lewis large series ultrasonic cleaner is a 6,000-watt-rated ultrasonic cleaner designed with silver brazed, zero spaced, 100 percent nickel laminate magnetostrictive transducers, which operate at 20 kHz. The low frequency transducers can handle a 100 percent duty-cycle operation for industrial applications, including injection molds, motor armatures, extrusion tooling, hydraulic valve housings and large formed tubing. These ultrasonic cleaners are custom engineered for application and can be incorporated into complete cleaning lines with the addition of rinse and drying equipment.
