Chemeon Surface Technology displays its suite of chemistries including its TCP-NP anodic seal. According to the company, Chemeon was the first licensee of the U.S. Naval Patent for its trivalent chrome pretreatment, Chemeon TCP-HF (hexavalent free). Chemeon TCP-HF and Chemeon TCP-NP products are offered as an effective seal for anodized aluminum to complete the anodizing process and surface finish. Anodized coatings sealed with the Chemeon TCP-HF suite of chemistries are designed to reduce process time and lower operating temperature as compared to traditional hydrothermal seals. The company’s TCP-HF and TCP-NP anodic seals offers an environmentally safe alternative to their hexavalent counterparts and meet MIL-A-8625 requirements.
