The Solution compressed air system from Martech Services Co. is designed to work with existing compressed air sources to clean, dry and heat atomizing air for waterborne and solvent-based spray painting.
The four-stage filtration system is outfitted with an automatic moisture discharger and then further filters the clean air to remove moisture content and achieve super dry air. A controller with digital outputs enables users to set the atomizing temperature as high as 165°F. The system also features a 35-ft, ⅜-inch ID spray-air hose.
