GF Piping Systems will showcase the second-generation Signet 9900 transmitter, which features a batch controller option along with all the features of the original model. The transmitter supports multiple parameters, including flow, pH/ORP, conductivity/resistivity, salinity, temperature, pressure, level, and 4 to 20 mA signals, in addition to batch systems.
The batch controller system includes the transmitter, a batch module and a relay module. The system can save as many as 10 batch sizes for batching or blending a variety of liquid volumes, customizable batch names for easy distinction between batches, and entry of different K-factors for each batch. It also offers a confirmation feature for preventing accidental batch starts, a manual batch feature for “topping off,” an override batch size function and a batch count indicator.
