The model B-452R compact ultrasonic vapor degreaser is said to incorporate the latest advances in solvent control technology resulting in very low-solvent emissions while achieving high-efficiency production.  It is compatible with SNAP approved solvents and NESHAP guidelines.  The degreaser includes features that are designed to minimize solvent losses including a 120% freeboard area with sub zero cooling coils, oversize primary cooling coils and a unique “captured” cover that can be closed even while processing parts.  The use of independent compressors to service each cooling coil assures maximum solvent retention in the unit for cost effective degreasing. In addition to low solvent emissions, all units include an immersion wash, with or without ultrasonics, a vapor rinse with pure solvent distillate and a vapor dry.  A filtration package for particulate removal and continuous solvent distillation are also included to extend solvent life indefinitely.  The process is managed by an on-board microprocessor for consistent, high quality results.  Onboard single axis (vertical) or dual axis handling is available as a standard option to fully automate the process.
