David Weisman’s latest oven system, an enhanced, heavy-duty, gas-fired or electrically heated hot air convection walk-in batch system is designed for customers to heat, dry and/or cure liquid and powder coatings on small, medium and large 3-dimensional products.  The systems feature gas-fired burners or electric heating elements, an air recirculation system with quality internal ductwork with readily adjustable louvers to create combination or horizontal airflow for temperature uniformity throughout the oven chamber, a properly sized and temperature-rated exhaust system, an energy-efficient oven insulated enclosure, and complete quality controls. Enhanced systems feature roof-mounted heater houses as well. Temperatures range routinely up to 500, 650 and 800°F with capabilities to 1250°F, according to the manufacturer.  Systems can be used as a stand-alone or as part of a complete batch coating system. Ovens accommodate one or multiple overhead conveyors for ease of load and unload of the batch oven systems.  ­­­
