Nature Boost from Walter Surface Technologies is an eco-friendly additive for heavy-duty industrial cleaning that is derived from vegetable extracts obtained from a by-product generated in the vegetable processing industry. According to the company, this raw material offers excellent solubility of oils, greases, inks, adhesives and paint, making it a suitable alternative to traditional petroleum-based solvents.
The additive is not flammable, does not emit volatile organic compounds, and is non-toxic and bio-renewable. It has been added to the CB 100, GS 200 and Bio-Circle Ultra product lines from Walter’s Bio-Circle Environmental Solutions division.
Designed for bulk cleaning and degreasing, CB 100 is an aqueous-based, micro-emulsion of Nature Boost additive with surfactants. It is compatible with virtually all metallic alloys and can be applied with a trigger sprayer, pressure washer or heated dip tank. GS 200 contains the additive in its undiluted form and is well-suited for removing glue, ink, paint, sealant and wax from metallic surfaces, as well as oils and greases. It can be applied manually with a trigger sprayer or with a dip tank.
Bio-Circle Ultra is formulated from the original Bio-Circle L solution with the addition of Nature Boost. When used with the Bio-Circle parts cleaning system, it can remove crude oil, bitumen, heavy grease and baked-on contaminants. It is well-suited for the mining, oil and gas, heavy equipment maintenance, rubber/tire production, shipyard, and steel industries.blog comments powered by Disqus
