LeanClean 360 rotating basket cleaning systems from Jensen Fabricating Engineers (Jenfab) feature enhanced software capabilities that enable the design of multiple, part-specific cleaning programs. Users can select from a variety of cleaning cycles by part number, including high-pressure spray wash; high-pressure submerged, turbulated spray wash; ultrasonic clean; high-pressure spray rinse; high-pressure, submerged, turbulated rinse; ultrasonic rinse; fresh finish DI, RO or city-water rinse; and dry. The programs can run independently or in combination.
The washers are available with capacities to clean and passivate one, two, four and eight baskets of parts per cycle. A Jumbo 360 system also is available to accommodate especially large parts and custom fixturing. Ultrasonics are available for all the washers systems to provide critical cleaning of complex part shapes, including medical device parts, implants, screw-machined parts, CNC-machined parts, fine-blanked parts and stampings.
The systems are ergonomically designed to load from the front at waist height. Baskets are rotated in the solution where underwater spray jets remove chips and oils from parts, even with complex shapes and blind holes. Basket movement can be programmed from gentle rocking to full, 360-degree rotation. Tubular transducers and digital generators provide high output efficiency, generating improved cavitation power.
