Company provides industry with evaporative solutions for eliminating sewer discharge of process wastewater and reducing off-site hauling by performing economical, on-site treatment of industrial process effluents.

The company offers several different evaporation technologies, making it possible to provide the best possible solution for each unique wastewater disposal situation.  They include: the Water Evaporator II (Sentry System) thermal evaporator, the WasteSaver™ vacuum distillation evaporator, the RunDry boil-to-dry evaporator, and the EnviroStill vacuum, mechanical vapor recompression evaporator.  All process complex wastewater chemistries, provide consistent operation, high efficiency and low maintenance.

Integrated process controls maximize reduction-in-volume (typically 90-99%) at $.01 to $.15 per gallon.  Systems incorporate redundant safety sensors and three-stage mist elimination.

The units perform on-site treatment of metalworking fluids (lubricants, surface preparation cleaners, etc.), chemical vat rinses, process wastes, compressor condensates, etc.  Even some hazardous wastes can be reduced with these environmentally friendly systems.

Metals Loading Study Supports Milwaukee Finishers' Stand Against Regulations: Then and Now

In July of this year, our NASF Report featured a major success for the surface finishing industry, the results of a 2014-2016 study of wastewater discharged to the POTWs in Milwaukee.  What follows here is the story going back 30 years, when an initial study of Milwaukee metal finishers’ discharge to the POTWs dramatically refuted the negative image portrayed by others.  It’s only gotten better since.
