Hardwood Line's RinseMaster is designed to reduce water consumption, leave parts without dragout, and save floor space. The system delivers five counterflow sprays to either a rack or barrel inside a rinsing tank. Each of the five sprays rinse the work with progressively cleaner water – ending with a fresh water spray.
During each rinse cycle, only the water used in the first spray is redirected away from the system or processed for recovery. Subsequent sprays are collected by the system for reuse in the following cycles. The net result, the company says, is exceptional rinse ratios using very little water and a very small amount of lost chemistry due to dragout.
