The company has developed a sub-compact rotary spindle blast system for automated surface treatment in single-piece flow manufacturing. The Model RXS-400 cabinet is claimed to be suitable for a variety of applications, including shot peening, deburring, descaling, cosmetic finishing and technical surface preparation. Occupying less than nine square feet of floor space, the blast cabinet is 34x36- inches. Fork lift channels and lifting eyes are provided to facilitate relocation of the machine. A large side door with a viewin window offers full access to the process chamber for inspection, adjustment and maintenance. Hinged entry and exit doors at the front load stations are pneumatically actuated to seal the cabinet during the blast cycle.
