Columbia Chemical Corp. showcases its processes for zinc nickel alloy plating, including Colloy NI-Z-Posit-II and Colloy A-Z-N 200. Both of these processes provide alloy layers that readily accept a range of trivalent chromate finishes and other post-plating treatments.

Colloy NI-Z-Posit-II is the company’s latest generation of alkaline zinc nickel plating technology that delivers overall brightness, ductility and alloy control for demanding OEM applications.

For acid/chloride-based electrolytes, COLLOY A-Z-N 200 provides a bright zinc nickel deposit with good alloy distribution for challenging parts such as brake calipers or heat-treated steel components.

The company also offers zinc and zinc alloy brightener processes, phosphates, electroless nickel, decorative processes, tin plating processes, cleaners, chromates and other specialty products.
