Columbia Chemical will exhibit its line of processes for zinc and zinc alloy plating, including brighteners, cleaners, chromates and specialty products. Featured will be COLDIP TRI-V 200 UB, a trivalent conversion coating that offers a consistent “ultra-blue” appearance, even when exposed to wide-ranging dwell times. The coating provides 175 hrs of salt spray testing to white corrosion without a topcoat, and exceeds 350 hrs to first white corrosion when top coated with Zinc-Chro-Shield or Zinc-Chro-Pellent, the company says.
