Rajsky has been president of AAC for the past 13 years. Rand serves a similar “chief of staff” function for the AAC’s sister association, the Aluminum Extruders Council.

The Aluminum Anodizers Council is encouraging students engaged in surface science, metallurgy, electrochemical finishing, metal forming and other relevant research to submit an abstract of their work to be considered for poster presentations at Aluminum Week Oct. 15-18 in Chicago.

Three major trade associations representing the aluminum industry will co-locate their annual meetings into Aluminum Week in Chicago this October to increase cooperation and communication among different sectors of the industry.
