THE LEADER IN AUTOMATED METAL FINISHING SYSTEMS
Jessup Engineering manufactures automatic hoist systems for the metal finishing industry, and has built over 1,000 automatic hoists. Barrel plating systems feature polypropylene Load Locker™ barrels, available in capacities up to 800 pounds. Custom designed turn-key systems can be configured in single or multiple lanes for a wide range of system layouts. Phosphate systems can include barrel, rack, basket or pickling pin carriers, and hoist systems with up to 15,000 pound lift capacities. Phosphate barrels are available in capacities to over 6,000 pounds. Our versatile, automatic basket processing system for bulk chromating and drying features oscillating baskets and high capacity spin dryers which are automatically loaded and unload by the hoists. Rack systems can include variable speed lift and transfer drives, load/unload elevators, rack storage and retrieval, and various accessories. All Jessup systems are provided with easy-to-use control systems, featuring color touch screen displays for real-time monitoring and system control.
