Plasmatreat North America has moved to a 6,000-sq-ft facility in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada. The newly built sales and technical center incorporates sales, offices, technical services and spare parts, as well as equipment for atmospheric plasma cleaning, activation and coating processes. Customer support and maintenance also are on site.

Plasmatreat was awarded the Industry Award 2012 at the Hanover Fair in Germany for its PlasmaPlus nanocoating technology. The award was sponsored by the Association of German Engineers.

Plasmatreat North America has acquired PTS Plasma Technology Systems (Belmont, Calif.), following a five-year collaborative relationship.
