Our sister company, TTX Environmental, produces water conditioning equipment, wastewater treatment systems, acid recovery units and water recycling systems. Our combined facility encompasses over 170,000 square feet with engineering and fabrication capabilities concentrated under one roof to efficiently serve our customers.
Our revolutionary SlideRail Square Transfer™ (SST) material handling concept allows for high capacity immersion pretreatment and electrocoating operations in much less floor space than monorail systems. TTX has been a pioneer in automatic voltage control, low maintenance conveyor grounding mechanisms and process tank designs that ensure proper circulation without foaming and settling.
Cutting edge technology and modern facilities allow TTX to fabricate 90 percent of the equipment needed for a system in house. Both design and manufacturing facilities are located on-site to ensure seamless communication through all project phases. In addition, TTX Air, LLC, a subsidiary of TTX holdings, has multiple aircraft, spacious offices, and a hanger nearby, making it easy for employees and clients to travel to and from our northeastern Wisconsin location.
