Walther Trowel’s effluent centrifuge can be used to treat and clean wastewater from the use of vibratory deburring bowls in mass finishing processes.
Walther Trowal’s Rotamat specializes in the coating of small, mass-produced parts made of metal, elastomeres, and plastic.Applications for the Rotamat include decorative coating, corrosion protection, improvement of sliding characteristics, preparation of parts for rubber coating, and electrical insulation. The Rotamat machine uses a hot air process where small parts are spray-coated in a closed, elliptical-shaped drum. The rolling behavior of the drum is computer-controlled with the ability to control the angle of inclination as well as variable speeds. According to the company, this technology produces a uniform distribution of coating material with reduction of overspray by almost 90%. Water-based as well as solvent-based coating material can be processed.
