Q. Can you give me a reference or two to learn more about the alkaline zinc plating process? G.M.

A. By alkaline zinc plating, I assume you are referring to alkaline non-cyanide zinc plating. There are excellent article on the process on the Products Finishing magazine website at PFonline.com. If you require still more information I recommend the book “Zinc Plating” by Herb Geduld, which is published by ASM International and can be purchased on Amazon.
