Alexa Pratt with the Orange County Fire Department thanks Ron Lum, CCAI Southern California chapter president, for the large toy donation to Toys for Tots, a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.

Several chapters of the Chemical Coaters Association International held events during the recent holiday season to benefit charitable organizations in their area.

The Alabama, Central States, Southern California, Twin Cities and Wisconsin chapters collected toys and cash donations for those in need.

Altogether the chapters collected nearly 2,000 toys and $2,800 for distribution to Toys for Tots, Kids 2 Kids, Angel Tree Program and the Battle Within.  Each chapter organized a special event to bring association members together to celebrate the season and support the organizations’ programs.
