Question:
I am having problems eliminating air bubbles in radiator support which have 90- degree angles. The e-coat plant is an indexed system with the hoists only moving up and down, what do I do to remove the air bubbles? Do I increase pump circulation? P.T.
Answer:
Install solenoids (non-lubricated) and compressed air cylinders to rock from side to side. Contact points must be isolated with Teflon®.
You might also try redesigning your racking so that it will give you a tipping action when it goes into the tank. There are several ways to do this. Talk it over with your fixturing people.
