The PRODUCTS FINISHING staff is pleased to welcome Rodger Talbert as our new Powder Coating Clinic writer. Currently an independent consultant who works with coaters and suppliers in organic finishing, Rodger brings nearly 30 years of experience to answering your questions.

As a part of his business, Rodger designs new systems for powder coating, liquid spray coating, and electrodeposition. He also works with coaters to improve existing systems through process improvement, retrofit, problem solving and training. His varied experiences include teaching university courses on finishing system design, holding leadership roles in the PCI and CCAI, and publishing numerous technical papers.
